Tech@SG Programme

Tech@SG is a collaborative initiative between the Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG) designed to help fast-growing technology companies access global talent. EDB oversees strategies to enhance Singapore's position as a global hub for business and investment, while ESG supports the development of local small and medium-sized enterprises.

Facilitating Multi-currency Account Opening

Singapore companies can establish multi-currency accounts, ensuring barrier-free international trade.

Enhancing International Corporate Image

A sophisticated financial system, no foreign exchange controls, and access to global markets.

Corporate Tax Planning

Singapore's corporate income tax is capped at 17%, with new companies enjoying significant tax exemptions.

Family Immigration

Children and parents can apply directly for Dependant's Passes and Long-Term Visit Passes.

Overseas Residency Planning

Clients can immigrate to Singapore by converting an Employment Pass (EP) or EntrePass into Singapore Permanent Residency (PR).

Excellent Bilingual Education

Children holding a Dependant's Pass (DP) can attend Singapore schools and benefit from an excellent bilingual education.

For Companies

Application Requirements

  • The business entity must be registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore.
  • The company must have a digital or technology product as its core business offering or service.
  • This includes companies with business models based on proprietary hardware and/or software technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence/Cybersecurity).
  • The company has secured more than US$10 million (cumulative) in investment funding within the past 36 months.
  • The company has received any amount of investment from a programme-recognised investment firm within the past 36 months (no minimum amount required).

For Individuals

Application Requirements

  • The applicant's fixed monthly salary must meet the Ministry of Manpower's (MOM) prevailing minimum wage criteria, which is at least S$5,000.
  • The applicant must pass the Ministry of Manpower's background and due diligence checks.
  • The applicant must be considered a core team member (Manager level or above) whose role falls under core business or core technical functions, such as:
    • Core Business Functions: Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, Partnerships, Strategy, General Management.
    • Core Technical Functions: Product Management, Product Development, Software Engineering, Product Design, Data Science.
